摘要
笔者亲身考察了德国多家物流企业,发现德国对果蔬农产品、肉类、水产品、蛋奶产品、特殊食品及医药卫生制品的冷链物流管理做法先进,经验丰富。现将德国冷链物流管理的主要做法及对我国冷链物流管理发展的借鉴作用进行介绍。
The authors personally inspect some logistics businesses in Germany. Germany has advanced and rich experience in cold-chain logistics management for the transportation of agricultural products, meat, aquatic products, egg and dairy products, special foods, and medicine and health products . This paper introduces the main methods of German cold-chain logistics management and its reference function to China＇s logistics.
