摘要
采用球形芽孢杆菌C3-41制剂处理淡色库蚊幼虫,实验室测试LC_(50)为0.0237ppm,回归方程式y=8.3337+2.0530x。现场试验结果表明,使用剂量为1ml/m^2时持效7天,3ml/m^2时持效2周以上。但该制剂对其卵和蛹无杀灭作用。
The experiment on the emulsion of Bacillus sphaericus (C_(3-41)) on larvae of Culex pipiens pallans was carried out in laboratory. The result showed that its LC_(50) was 0.0237 ppm, and equation of regression is Y=8.3337%+2.0530X. In the fieldtest, the effects could be lasting for 7 days while the dose of the agent was 1.0 ml/m^2, and lastiag 2 weeks it the dose was added to 3.0 ml/m^2. The agent haveno killing effects for mosquito's egg and pupa.
