大面积应用微生物制剂混合菌液控制各类蚊幼孳生地效果探讨 被引量:1

摘要 浙江省宁波市1988年在市区67.23km^2面积,应用微生物制剂B.T.H-14和B.S-10混合菌液全面控制各类蚊幼孳生地,包括各种积水容器、下水道、明(阴)沟、污水河、塘、池、积水防空洞、粪缸等,覆盖面达100%。现场使用结果表明,蚊虫孳生地年平均阳性率为2.04%,比1987年下降42.4%;本文并就混合菌液和B.T.H-14或化学杀虫剂的效益作了讨论。 67.23 km^2 are experiment of controlling mosquito larvae with microbial mixture of Bacillus thuringiensi serotype H-14 (B. T. H-14) and Bacillus sphaericas 10 (B. S-10) agent has carried out in Ningbo city, Zhejia-ng province during May to September 1988. The liquid formulation of mixture agent was produeed by Department of microbiology at YangZhou Institute of Agriculture. The microbial solution concentration with respect to the volume of water applied in only mosquito larvae breeding place; water container, stream, cesspools, ditches, and sewerage etc, must pay close attention.The result showed that the mean positive rate of mosquito larvae was 2.04 percent in 1988 after disposing the agent, it was lower than that of 1987. The result and benefit were discassed between using the microbial mixture and the chemical insecticide.
