摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在心内科护理管理中的效果。方法 2014年1月~12月在本院心内科从人、机、料、法、环、测六方面实施精细化管理,并将2014年护理质量及患者满意度与未实施精细化管理前的2013年进行比较。结果采用精细化管理后,护理质量及患者满意度均有提高,护理不良事件发生率下降,差异均有统计学意义(p〈0.05)。结论精细化管理可提高心内科护理管理质量,值得进一步实施与推广。
Objective To explore the delicacy management in the Department of cardiology nursing management effect. Methods From 2014 January- 12 months in the Department of Cardiology in our hospital from human,machine,material,method,measurement,six aspects of the implementation of delicacy management,and in 2014 the nursing quality and patients ' satisfaction with the implementation of delicacy management before 2013 are compared. Results The refinement of management and the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction were improved.Nursing adverse event rate decreased. The differences were statistically significant( p 0. 05). Conclusion The delicacy management can improve the quality of nursing management in Department of Cardiology,worthy of further promotion and implementation.
