摘要
目的:分析消化内科护理中细节护理的应用价值。方法:在笔者所在医院消化内科2016年1-12月收治的患者中选择200例,按照随机综合序贯法将患者分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组实施消化内科常规护理,观察组实施细节护理,对比两组的护理质量,并比较两组患者对护理的满意度。结果:对照组的护理质量评分低于观察组,护理满意度低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消化内科患者实施细节护理,可提高消化内科的护理质量,从而增加患者对护理的满意度,拉近护患关系。
Objective：To analyze the application value of detail nursing in digestive medicine nursing.Method：In our hospital Gastroenterology,from January 2016 to December 2016,200 patients were selected,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group of 100 patients according to the random sequential sequential method.The control group performed the routine nursing of digestive medicine,and the observation group performed the detailed nursing.The nursing quality of the two groups was compared and the satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Result：The nursing quality score of the control group was lower than the observation group,nursing satisfaction was lower than the observation group,the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Detailed nursing care for patients with digestive diseases,it can improve the quality of nursing in digestive department,thereby increasing patient＇s satisfaction with nursing,closing the relationship between nurses and patients.
