摘要
围绕"全心全意为人民服务"这个"核心理念",军队医院的医德医风建设呈现出领导持续关注、制度逐步规范、方法日趋成熟的良好现状。但受社会负面效应的影响,军队医院医德医风也暴露出服务方向偏差、服务意识淡化、服务态度不端正、服务质量标准不高等问题。分析了军队医院医德医风建设现状、存在问题及其原因,并提出针对性思考和建议。
Due to centering on the idea of ＂serving the people heart and soul＂, the medical ethnics construction is receiving continuous attention from the leaders and establishing more standard regulations and mature methods. However, affecting by negative impact from the society, the medical ethnics have witnessed remarkable problems like direction deviation, weakened service consciousness and low service quality. This article analyzed the status, problems and causes for the construction of the medical ethnics. Targeted thoughts and suggestions were also provided.
