摘要
实习期间是实习医学生人生观、价值观、道德观培育的关键时期,也是塑造良好医德的重要时期。利用医院文化对实习医学生进行良好医德的培育,树立他们高尚的道德情操,需要抓好实习医学生岗前培训教育,实习医院需严把带教老师质量关,同时,采取医德医风教育与专业课相结合,医院文化和医德医风教育相结合的措施。
It is an important period for internship medical students to cultivate and grow their life value, moral- ity value, and is also to mold good medical ethics. Cultivating medical ethics in internship medical students using hospital culture and setting up their noble moral sentiment need to pay special attention to medical students practice pre- job training education; training teacher should have higher quality; combine medical ethics education with professional course; combine hospital culture and ethics education.
