摘要
教育博客已成为我国高校教师分享知识的重要平台。从中国传统文化视角出发,构建了中国传统文化影响高校教师在教育博客知识共享意愿的理论模型。研究结果表明,关系导向与集体主义导向会提升高校教师在教育博客的知识共享意愿;面子导向与和谐导向会抑制高校教师在教育博客的知识共享意愿;人情导向与高校教师在教育博客的知识共享意愿不存在显著关系。研究结论不仅证实了传统文化是影响高校教师在教育博客知识共享意愿的关键变量,且为后续研究探索其他情景个体知识共享意愿背后的文化根源及其作用机制提供了借鉴与启发。
Education blog has become an important platform of sharing knowledge among college faculty in our country.Based on traditional culture perspective,we developed a theoretical model involving traditional culture and knowledge sharing intention of college faculty in education blog.The empirical results show that：（1）guanxi orientation and collectivism orientation positively affect knowledge sharing intention;（2）face orientation and harmony orientation negatively affect knowledge sharing intention;（3）there is no significant relationship between renqing orientation and knowledge sharing intention.This study not only confirms traditional culture is the key variable affecting knowledge sharing intention of college faculty in education blog,but also provides some meaningful references and suggestions for the follow-up study to explore the mechanism of traditional culture affecting individual knowledge sharing intention in other scenarios.
