摘要
农村妇女越来越成为农村经济建设的中坚力量,她们的知识素养与技能水平直接影响中国的新农村建设,通过培训提升农村妇女的知识与技能水平,将会有力地提升新农村建设中农民的建设水平与能力。因此,必须加强宁波地区农村妇女的教育与培训,提升农村妇女的文化素质水平和自主学习意识,为宁波地区的新农村建设提供优质的建设者与参与者。
Rural women are increasingly becoming a major force in rural economic construction. Their knowledge cultivation and skill level directly influence the new rural construction in China. The farmers＇ construction level and ability in new rural construction will be vigorously enhanced through training and promoting rural women＇ s knowledge and skill level. Therefore, rural women＇ s education and training should be strengthened, and their cultural quality and autonomous learning awareness should be promoted, so as to provide excellent constructors and participants for new rural construction in Ningbo.
