摘要
针对目前最常用的不连通区域标记计数法对于高粘连度的细胞图像进行细胞计数误差比较大的问题,提出了基于细胞面积估计的细胞计数方法。该方法的核心思想是对分离的细胞区域的面积进行概率密度估计,得到单个细胞面积最可能的值。以图像中细胞区域的总面积除以单个细胞面积最可能的值,得到图像中的细胞总数。对比实验结果表明,该方法计数准确,能有效地克服常规方法的缺陷。
Aiming at the problem that the large number of non-connected region labeling method for high viscosity cell image count error,this paper presents a method based on the cell surface and estimation. The main idea of this method is to estimate the probability density of the isolated cell area. The total area of the cell area in the image is divided by the most probable value,and the total number of cells in the image is obtained. Through the contrast experiment,the results show that the method is accurate and can overcome the defect of the conventional method.
