苯甲酸对黄瓜幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用不同浓度的苯甲酸对2种两叶一心期的黄瓜幼苗进行处理,研究其对黄瓜幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,当浓度为0.5 mmol/L时,增加津杂2号幼苗叶片叶绿素含量;降低密刺王黄瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素含量;在0.25~1.00 mmol/L之间随浓度的升高,津杂2号和密刺王黄瓜幼苗叶片类葫萝卜素的含量、硝态氮含量、硝酸还原酶活性均不断降低,电解质外渗率均不断增加,津杂2号幼苗的变化趋势弱于密刺王黄瓜,这表明津杂2号较密刺王黄瓜耐一定程度的苯甲酸。 Physiological characteristics of cucumber seedlings were investigated through different benzoic acid concentration treatments,including 0 mmol/L,0.25 mmol/L,0.50 mmol/L,and 1.0 mmol/L.Results showed that at the level of 0.5 mmol/L,chlorophyll content of seedling leaf was increased in Jinza 2,but decreased in Miciwang.With the increasing of benzoic acid concentration from 0.25 mmol/L to 1.0 mmol/L,the contents of carotenoid and nitrate nitrogen,the activities of nitrate reductase(NR),and the electrolyte leakage rate of seedling were reduced continually in both cucumber varieties,however,the variation of these indices in Jinza 2 was less than in Miciwang,which indicated that the tolerance of Jinza 2 to benzoic acid was better than that of Miciwang.
