摘要
利用内锥面自动TIG焊对电站阀门密封面进行堆焊试验,并对试验结果进行各种测试。结果表明:焊件焊缝的性能均符合要求,且能满足阀门密封面堆焊的实际应用。
Overlaying welding was performed to inner cone of valve sealing surfaces by automatic TIG process, and subsequently different tests were performed. Results show that all the properties of deposited metal can satisfy relevant requirements, which may serve as a reference for overlaying welding of valve sealing surfaces.
