摘要
通过对在ASME SA105(ASTM A105)碳钢试样上堆焊(包覆)镍基合金ERNiCrMo-3(Inconel625)耐蚀层工艺条件的分析,确定采用CMT焊堆焊(包覆)工艺,进行焊接工艺评定试验。经过对碳钢试样上堆焊层距离母材不同距离处液体渗透检测、硬度测试、侧弯试验、宏观检测及化学成分检测,表明根据堆焊镍基合金耐蚀层工艺条件,采用合理的CMT焊堆焊参数,可使堆焊层与基体结合良好,组织致密,母材稀释率小,具有良好的耐蚀性,提高生产效率。且有效地指导了生产,确保公司生产任务的顺利完成。
Through analysis on the process condition of the overlaying(cladding)nickel-base corrosion resistant alloy ERNiCrMo-3(Inconel 625)layer on ASME SA105(ASTM A105)test piece,CMT welding overlaying(cladding)process is adopted to carry out welding procedure qualification test.After liquid osmosis detection of overlaying(cladding)layer with different distances to the base metal on the carbon steel sample,hardness test,lateral bending test,macroscopic examination and chemical composition test,it is indicated that adopting proper CMT welding parameters according to the process condition of the overlaying(cladding)nickel-base corrosion resistant alloy layer can lead to good combination of overlaying layer with the base metal,compact texture,low dilution rate of the base metal,good corrosion resistance.These help to enhance productivity and guide the production effectively,which ensure the smooth completion of the company's production tasks.
