摘要
简述了不平衡报价的概念,对不平衡报价的两种表现形式进行了分析,从图纸审核、清单编制、评标方法、施工管理、合同管理、材料管理六个角度出发,提出了预防不平衡报价的措施,以促进建筑行业的健康发展。
This paper described the concepts of unbalanced quotation,analyzed the two kinds of forms of unbalanced quotation,from the drawing review,listing compilation,bid evaluation method,construction management,contract management,material management six angles,put forward the measures prevention of unbalanced quotation,in order to promote the healthy development of construction industry.
