摘要
对陕西省府谷县戏楼沟流域的自然条件、社会经济条件、水土流失现状及沟道工程现状进行了详细分析,并结合坝系工程建设目标,对戏楼沟流域生态建设项目的组织形式、机构设置、质量管理及运行管理措施进行了研究,为今后的生态环境建设工作积累了宝贵经验。
The paper analyzes the natural conditions,social and economic conditions,status of water and soil losses,and channel engineering of Xilougou River of Fugu County in Shannxi,and researches the organization,institute allocation,quality management and management measures by combining with the construction aims of the dam system,so as to accumulate experience for future ecological construction.
