摘要
黄土丘陵沟壑区急需解决三大问题:生态环境问题、粮食问题和贫困问题.为此,以黄土丘陵沟壑区的典型代表区域定西县的高泉沟小流域为试验示范区,开展了高效农业生态区建设的研究与实践.经十年的研究探索,初步找到了解决黄土丘陵沟壑区三大问题的途径与技术措施,建立了理论框架和买体模型.其主要措施是:在生态建设方面实施工程措施和植物措施对位配置,控制水土流失;在农业建设方面采取增施化肥、加强基本农田建设、实施集水节灌和良种良法栽培等措施和技术,提高土地生产力和承载力;在经济建设方面,采取调整作物种植结构、发展适度规模养殖、发展小型加工及非农产业,提高农民的经济收入.
Three problems are exigently need to be dealt with in gullied and rolling loess region: ecological environment , grain and poverty. Study and practice of construction of high efficient ecological agricultural area was conducted in a typical area of the gullied and rolling loess region-Gaoquangou small watershed of Dingxi County. Ten years research and practice initially found out the way and technical measures to solve the three problems in gullied and rolling loess region, and set up the theory frame and model . Main technical measures are as follow: in construction of ecology, implementing rational disposition of engineering measures and plant measures to control soil and water loss; in construction of agriculture, increasing the amount of fertilizer, strengthening construction of basic farmland, adopting runoff collecting and water-saving technique, cultivating with fine seed and good method to enhance land productivity and land bearing-capacity; in construction of economy, adjusting crop structure, developing large-scale breeding and developing processing and non-agricultural industry to increase the economic income in the peasants.
