摘要
以吉林建筑大学城建学院专家公寓为研究对象,将专家公寓示范工程与德国被动房指标体系、吉林省《居住建筑节能设计标准(节能65%)》技术参数进行了对比分析,指出城建学院专家公寓各项设计指标在现有的吉林省节能65%建筑基础上有明显的提高,满足德国被动房能耗指标体系。
Based on the experts flat at Urban Construction College of Jilin Architectural University,the paper undertakes the comparative analysis of indicator systems for flat demonstration projects and German passive housing,and the technical parameter in Design Standards for Energy-saving Design of Residential Buildings（ Energy-saving for 65%）,and points out all design indicators of the expert flat can improve the 65% of energy-saving at architectural basement in Jilin province,so as to meet the demands of the energy consumption system in Germany.
