摘要
通过大量数据说明了我国的能源资源并不能满足经济的高速增长，我国的环境容量已达极限，ＣＯ２排放量位居世界第二，估算出暖通空调在我国温室气体排放中的贡献率约为１５％。针对所面临的严峻挑战，从绿色建筑、热舒适标准、暖通空调设计和暖通空调制造业等方面提出了实现可持续发展的对策。
Substantiated with sufficient data and facts, states that there exists a wide gap between China's energy resources and the huge energy demand to maintain high speed growth of its economy, that its environment has left little room for further worsening, and that its HVAC industry contributes as high as 15 per cent in the total emmission of the greenhouse gases in this country. Proposes some countermeasures to meet the severe challenge from aspects of green buildings, thermal comfort criteria, design techniques and equipment manufacture of the industry.
