公司治理结构对多元化经营企业绩效的影响 被引量：3

摘要 文章研究了公司治理结构和多元化经营的关系,当多元化经营产生多元化折扣时,合理的公司治理结构对企业绩效及价值产生积极作用。文中详细从内部公司治理(包括董事会结构、股权结构、管理层激励机制和审计机制)和外部公司治理机制的公司控制权市场等多方面分析公司治理结构对多元化经营企业的投资效益和企业价值的影响,分析得出公司治理结构对多元化企业经营的绩效和企业价值起着重要作用。
