摘要
上市公司是我国经济运行中最具有发展优势的群体,实现上市公司可持续发展是夯实资本市场基础、促进资本市场健康稳定发展的根本。文章运用比较分析和相关分析的方法,对公司治理、不相关多元化经营与上市公司可持续发展的关系进行了实证研究。
Listed companies are the groups which have many development advantages in China＇s economic performance, and sustainable development of the listed companies is the foundation of healthy and stable development of capital markets. The methods of comparative analysis and correlation analysis are used to analyze the factors which influence sustainable development of listed companies. An empirical study is made of the relationship between corporation governance and the sustainable development as well as the relationship between diversified management and the sustainable development.
