鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤手术探讨 被引量：1

摘要 鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤,占全身恶性肿瘤的0.5%～1%,占头颈部恶性肿瘤的5%左右,其病理类型多样手术难度大,以往手术多采用鼻侧切开等开放式手术,术后遗留面部畸形,从生理、心理上影响患者生活,降低患者生活质量。随着20世纪70年代Messerklinger教授首先开创了鼻内镜外科技术,鼻内镜技术的诊疗范围已从鼻窦炎、鼻息肉,鼻腔鼻窦良性肿瘤逐步扩展到鼻颅底鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的治疗。
