骨科临床护士营养知识、态度、行为的调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解骨科临床护士营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)现状并分析其影响因素,为骨科临床护士的营养继续教育项目的开展提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对天津市3家三级甲等医院的270名骨科临床护士进行营养KAP调查。结果:骨科临床护士的营养KAP总分、知识得分、态度得分和行为得分的合格率分别为80.00%、66.67%、96.67%和63.33%,营养知识与营养态度、行为呈显著正相关,营养态度与行为呈显著正相关。骨科临床护士具备一定的营养知识储备,但是临床营养知识掌握较差;营养态度较好;营养行为尤其是临床护理行为有待进一步改善。结论:骨科临床护士营养KAP有待进一步提高,应通过继续教育改善其营养KAP现状,以便为患者提供更加合理的临床营养护理。 Objective: To explore current situation of nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) of clinical orthopedics nurses and analyze the influencing factors in order to provide basis for the project of nutritional continuing education. Methods: With a cluster sampling method, the nutritional KAP status of 270 clinical orthopedics nurses were investigated from 3 top three hospitals in Tianjin.Results: The pass rates of KAP total score, knowledge score, attitude score and practice score were 80.00%, 66.67%, 96.67% and 63.33%.There was significant positive relationship between knowledge score and attitude score, knowledge score and practice score, attitude score and practice score. The clinical orthopedics nurses had some basic nutritional knowledge, but knew little about clinical nutritional knowledge.And the nutritional attitude of them was good, but the clinical nutritional care practice needed to be improved. Conclusion: In order to provide more reasonable clinical nutritional care, the nutritional KAP of clinical orthopedics nurses need to be improved by nutritional continuing education.
