摘要
南宋江西弋阳抗元英雄谢叠山,其英雄事迹和优秀思想品质被后人概括为"叠山精神":誓死抗元的爱国精神、关心百姓的爱民精神、敬老爱幼的孝慈精神、不慕名利的廉洁精神、坚强不屈的奋斗精神。其弟子为了继承叠山精神,在弋阳建立了叠山书院。千百年来叠山书院的师生们秉承并发扬着叠山精神。曾在叠山书院就读的方志敏继承和发展了"叠山精神",并将叠山先生爱国爱民、清贫廉洁、无私奉献的精神推向了一个更高的精神境界。继承弘扬这些优秀的传统文化和精神对和谐社会的建设具有十分深远的意义。
Xie Die-shan is a hero from Yiyang Jiangxi in fighting against yuan in South Song Dynasty,whose brave deeds and excellent thoughts were concluded as Dieshan Spirit：That is,the spirit of loving the motherland,of loving the people,of filial piety and kindness,of honesty,and of striving. His followers built the academy of Dieshan in Yiyang so as to inherit his spirit. Fang Zhi-min,who once studied in it,inherited and developed Dieshan Spirit,and pushed the spirit of loving the people,poverty and honesty and unselfish dedication to the high spiritual realm. It is of far reaching significance to in-herit and propagate those excellent traditional culture and spirit in the construction of a harmonious society.
