摘要
20世纪二三十年代,教会大学建立了独立灵活的招生考试组织体系、民主公开的招生考试程序和科学合理的考生分类方法,开始形成独具特色的运作模式,为当今大学自主招生考试改革提供了有益借鉴。实践表明,大学自主招考应建立健全规范的制度,在民主决策、公开公正的基础上,凸显学校的个性特征;应以生为本,实现人才选拔目标和考生求学意愿的最佳平衡;要加强招考数据的实证分析,服务于招考改革和人才培养活动,实现选才与育才的有效衔接。
From 1920s to 1930s, church universities in early modem China constructed a unique operation mode in terms of organization system of recruitment and entrance examination, classification of applicants and operation procedure. In this paper, characteristics and experiences of church universities in recruitment and entrance examination are analyzed in the above three aspects in order to find good references for today＇ s universities in the reform of autonomous enrollment. The practice shows that in the reform of autonomous enrollment, the university should establish sound and standard system on the basis of democratic decision-making to highlight the unique style of the school, should keep the student centered principle and make a good balance between the aim of talent selection and the intention of students＇ further studying~ and also should make further analysis on the relevant data to serve for the enrollment and examination reform and talent cultivation activities, so as to join the two stages of talent selection and talent cultivation effectively.
