摘要
对一种正铲液压挖掘装置进行运动学分析,运用D-H法对该机构进行运动学数学建模,并据此计算挖掘装置的主要工作尺寸。利用Solid Works对机构进行实体建模,简化后导入ADAMS仿真软件,对挖掘装置进行运动学仿真,得到挖掘装置的挖掘轨迹包络图及工作参数。
Kinematics analysis of a face-shovel hydraulic excavator, using D-H method kinematic model of the equipment, and calculating its working size according to this mathematical model.Using Solid Works software to built the entity model of the mechanism, and then import to ADAMS simulated software in order to carry out the kinematics simulation of the face-shovel excavator after simplification.Subsequently, get excavating trajectory envelope and its main working size.
