摘要
以YC60-8型挖掘机为例,建立了工作装置的虚拟样机。运用ADAMS软件对其进行动力学仿真分析,得到动臂铰接点的载荷曲线。将最大载荷导入ANSYS中对动臂结构进行有限元分析,其仿真结果为动臂结构的进一步改进提供了理论依据。
The virtual prototype model of the manipulator of a YC60-8 excavator was built. ADAMS software was used to carry out dynamical simulation and analysis. The maximum loading was imported into ANSYS so as to conduct finite element analysis. The simulation results offered theoretical references for further structural improvement of the excavator boom.
