摘要
本文对卫矛科爬行卫矛Euonymus fortunei(Turcz.)Hand.-Mazz.的化学成分进行了研究,从中分得八个结晶性化合物,经理化性质和光谱分析,证明其中七个分别为正三十三烷(1-tr-itriacontane),卫矛醇(dulcitol),木栓酮(3-friedelanone),表木栓醇(3-epifriedelanol),三十二烷醇(dotriacontanol),木栓醇(3-friedelanol)和β—谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)。木栓酮和表木栓醇为抗炎有效分分。
Eight crystalline co-mpounds have been isolated from Euony-mus fortunei (Turcz.) Hand. -Mazz. Sevenof them were identified as 1-tritriacont-ane, dulcitol, 3-friedelanone, 3-epifriede-lanol, dotriacontanol, 3-friedelanol and β-sitosterol respectively on the basis oftheir physical and chemical propertiestogether with the spectrometric analysis.Both 3-friedelanone and 3-epifriedelanolare anti-flammatory constitueuts.
