摘要
本文聚焦政府信息资源的应用,通过分析政府信息资源特征,借鉴市场运营模式,基于资源的网络属性,结合大数据技术发展的背景,分别针对如何通过政府信息资源"产生"所谓"大数据",如何调动社会、市场力量共同发展政府信息资源的应用,如何"使用"产生的大数据,如何设计信息资源体系四个方面,提出交互式的政府资源应用模式。
The paper focuses on the application of government information resource,and proposes an interactive application mode by analyzing the feature of the government information resource and referring to market operation mode based on its network characteristics. Combining the development of big data, the paper illustrates how to generate the so-called Big data through the government information, how to encourage the public and market to join in building up the government information platform, how to use the big data and how to design the system to ensure the sustainable application.
