摘要
基于对网络环境下政府信息资源共享能力评价的意义、评价特征以及构成要素分析,从信息资源共享基础条件、共享系统建设水平、共享的组织因素三方面构建评价指标体系,建立了模糊综合评价模型,并对一市级政府的信息资源共享能力进行了实证分析,从而为政府信息资源共享能力的提升提供依据。
Based on analysis of appraisal significance, characters and determinants of government information resource＇ sharing capability under network environment, evaluation indicator system is built from three aspects as fundamental conditions of information resource sharing, levels of sharing system construction and sharing organizational ingredients, model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation is constmcted, finally empirical study of municipal government information resource＇ sharing capability is executed. Thus basis is provided for promotion of government information resource＇ sharing capability.
