摘要
以对武陵山区农户的830份有效问卷为数据,采用ordered probit模型分析农户参与生态补偿项目对收入水平的影响。结果表明:不论以何种指标衡量农户的收入水平,生态补偿项目参与与农户收入水平存在负相关关系;其他因素,如户主受教育程度、土地面积和肥力、是否因病致贫、农业收入份额、与公路的距离也对农户收入水平存在显著的影响。提出以下政策建议:加强武陵山片区基础设施建设,完善医疗保障体系以及提高生态补偿标准。
Based on data from 830 effective questionnaires in Wuling mountain areas,this paper uses ordered probit model to analyze the influnece of farmer＇s ecological compensation participation on their incomes.The result shows that there is a negative relationship between farmers＇ ecological compensation participation and their income level no matter what indicators are used to measure their incomes. Other factors,such as educational level of rural household head, land size and fertility, whether or not family members become poor because of sickness, share of agricultural income, distance to the nearest road also have significant effect on rural household income.Therefore, some suggestions are put forward which in- clude strengthening the construction of infrastructure in Wuling mountain areas,perfecting the medical security system and improving the ecological compensation standard.
