摘要系统分析了我国政府支持中小企业发展的知识产权相关政策,全面梳理了美、日、韩等国家相关行政管理部门利用知识产权促进中小企业发展所采取的措施。通过对比分析从三个方面提出政策建议:加强内部知识产权管理促进知识产权运用,完善外部综合性服务平台,强化中小企业内部与外部的沟通。 Intellectual property policies aimed at supporting SMEs in China are analyzed,and the intellectual property measures aimed at promoting SMEs in America,Japan and Korea are summarized. Through comparisons between China and foreign countries,recommendations are put forward from three aspects： enhance the internal intellectual property management to activate the utilization of intellectual property,improve the outside service platforms,and strengthen the communication between inside and outside.
