摘要
从全球经济背景下中小企业开展科技创新及加强知识产权管理的必要性着手,探讨了中小企业科技创新的特征及其与知识产权的紧密关系。同时,以湖北省为例,针对中小企业在开展科技创新过程中所呈现的主要问题,提出了加强中小企业知识产权管理的主要政策建议。
Launching on from the necessary of the scientific and technical innovation development and the intellectual property management for SMEs,the innovation characteristics and the close relationship between them are put out.Meanwhile,taking Hubei Province for example,the policy recommendations are offered for strengthening the SMEs＇ intellectual property management according to the problems for SMEs＇ found in the progress of scientific and technical innovation.
