解剖重建膝关节前交叉韧带60例治疗体会

摘要 目的总结2012年以来对60例前交叉韧带断裂进行关节镜下解剖重建手术的方法及临床治疗体会。方法对其60例前交叉韧带断裂的患者,在传统的前交叉韧带重建手术方法基础上进行进一步的改进,将股骨外侧髁髁间窝内壁股骨骨道口的定位向下移至住院医师嵴下方,以髁间窝外侧分叉嵴为骨道中心定位进行股骨骨道的制作,称为解剖重建前交叉韧带。术后有计划的康复功能锻炼,术后9~24个月的定期随访。结果 IKDC评分术前平均43分,术后12个月平均92分。60例患者术后恢复良好。结论关节镜下解剖重建前交叉韧带的手术方法从理念及临床疗效观察都较传统的前交叉韧带重建治疗方法有了更进一步的提高,是一较好的治疗方法。
