股骨髁间窝和前交叉韧带止点解剖学研究及其在解剖重建中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 前交叉韧带解剖重建是一种致力于重建原始前交叉韧带解剖结构和生理功能的手术方式,因其术后良好的旋转稳定性而受到广泛关注。股骨髁间窝的形态学参数及前交叉韧带止点的尺寸对前交叉韧带单双束解剖重建手术适应症、术前评估、术中骨道位点和骨道直径的选择都起到非常重要的作用,但由于个体间变异较大,需要根据患者的个体情况制订出个性化的手术方案。本文就近几年来股骨髁间窝和前交叉韧带的最新解剖学研究及其在前交叉韧带解剖重建手术中的应用进展进行综述,并指出尚需进一步探索的问题。
