班主任是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高等学校从事德育工作、开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。班主任工作的好与坏直接左右着学校育人工作的效果,同时还将影响到学生的四年大学生活甚至他们的一生。作为学生的班主任,我们有义务也有责任以一个老师、一个学长的身份去正确地引领他们、悉心地教育他们、多方面关心他们、耐心地开导他们,使他们健康成长。
Class sponsor is the important part of college teachers,backbone contingent of working at moral education and carrying on ideological and political education,also guide of healthy growth of university students.Quality of class sponsor influences the effect of college education and four years＇ college lives.As class sponsor who become their friend and senior,we have the responsibility of their education to make them health.
