摘要
适应力提升教育是大学生思想政治教育的起点,对培养高素质拔尖创新型人才具有基础性作用。步入大学的新生普遍表现出学习动力不足、生涯规划模糊、人际交往困惑、自理能力薄弱等适应性问题。高校应以理想领航为基础,成长导航为抓手,学业助航为支撑,制度引航为保障,职业启航为辅助,打造五位一体的适应力提升教育体系。
The resilience improving education is starting of the ideological and political education, playing a fun-damental role in the cultivation of high-quality top-notch innovative personnel. Freshmen generally show lots of adaptability problems, such as lacking of learning motivation, fuzzy career planning, interpersonal confusion, weak self-care ability. Universities should be on the basis of ideal appliances,taking the growth navigation as the handle, putting the learning help as support,for the protection of system pilotage and taking the occupational sail as sec-ondary, to build one of the five resilience improving education system.
