摘要
为了明确我国农村残疾人医疗服务现状和问题,并提出解决对策而展开此项研究,通过对调研数据的分析发现,农村残疾人在基本医疗服务、康复服务和基本医疗保障方面存在诸多不足,医疗服务体系有待提高。据此,建立针对农村残疾人的"三位一体"的医疗服务体系是提升农村残疾人健康水平和生活质量的重要举措。
The purpose of this researh is to clarify the status and problems of medical services for rural people with disabilities.Based on the analysis and interpretation of the survey data,we found that there are many deficiencies in the basic medical services for rural people with disabilities.The rehabilitation services,basic medical care,and the health care system need to be improved to better their health quality.
