摘要
目的:观察骨折手术前应用活血消肿方的临床疗效。方法:将66例需行手术但患处严重肿胀的踝部骨折患者予以应用中医辨证施治中药活血消肿方治疗,观察其术前肿痛消失时间及术后并发症发生几率。结果:应用中药活血消肿方后骨折术前肿胀消退及术后并发症减少,显效率明显增加。结论:骨折手术前结合中医辨证施治中药活血消肿方能有效减轻术前肿胀,缩短术前准备时间,减少术后并发症。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Prescription for Activating Blood and Relieving Swelling（ PABRS）on preoperative fracture. Methods： Sixty-six patients with serious swelling due to ankle fracture who needed operation were treated with PABRS according to TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation. Then the swelling disappearing time before operation and the complication recurrence rate after operation were observed. Results： After using PABRS,the swelling disappearing time before operation and the complication recurrence rate after operation were reduced,and the significant efficiency rate obviously increased.Conclusion： Using PABRS before operation for fracture can effectively reduce swelling degree,shorten preparation time and reduce complications after operation.
