摘要
班级是学生教育管理的重要工具,班级凝聚力建设是培养大学生团队协作意识,提升综合素养的重要途径。作者针对当前高校存在的大学生班级凝聚力缺失问题,分析问题产生的主客观原因,提出了几点思考,旨在提高学生培养质量,促进学生全面发展。
Class is a significant tool of student educational management. Class cohesion construction is to cultivate the team cooperation consciousness of college students,which is also an important way to improve comprehensive quality. In view of the current problem that students lack class cohesion in colleges and universities,the author analyzes the subjective and objective reasons of this problem. From the aspect of the counselling student management work,he puts forward some points,which aim to improve the quality of students and promote the all-round development of students.
