摘要
通过文献资料、调研、访谈等方法,对山东省一线运动员的退役安置现状和其存在的问题进行调查与分析,提出建设性的建议,希望能为我省解决运动员的退役安置问题提供思路,为今后现役运动员的未来转型提供借鉴资料。
With the methods of literature,investigation and interview,the paper surveyed and analyzed the status and existing problems of athlete ＇s retirement and re- employment in Shandong province,and put forward suggestions to improve the retired athlete re- employment situation,so as to provide ideas for solving the problems of retired athletes.
