摘要
肿瘤的发展过程中常出现热毒内蕴和耗伤阴液的现象,其发生、发展、转归与传变过程与温病颇有相似之处。癌性发热的病因多为"阴虚发热""湿热蕴结""热炽营血",常用治法为"养阴生津""清热祛湿""清营凉血"。运用温病理论对癌性发热患者进行辨证施治,能避免使用非甾体类药物后汗出较多以致气阴更虚之弊,且作用持久,倘若配伍得当,无明显不良反应。
The development of the tumor often appears toxic heat intrinsic and injury of Yin fluid consumption,which the occurrence,development and outcome and the change process resemblance to the warm disease. The pathogeny of cancerous fever is deficiency of Yin,mixed wet and heat,hot blood in Ying. The therapy should clear heat clearing damp,nursing Yin and promote the secretion of saliva or body fluid,clear Ying and cool blood. By using the theory of warm disease cancerous fever patients for evidence-based medicine,can avoid the use of nonsteroidal drugs after the sweat out more and more deficiency of Qi and Yin,and persistent,if compatibility is proper,no obvious adverse reactions.
