摘要
目的:探讨温病学辨证论治方法及其在恶性肿瘤临床治疗中的应用,寻求中医中药治疗恶性肿瘤多元化途径和方法,发掘和整理温病学术思想的外延。方法:查阅近20 a的相关文献及温病理论和中医肿瘤著作,讨论温病学说在恶性肿瘤感染发热、放射病、癌性疼痛、癌症出血4个方面的应用,以及在特殊肿瘤(血液肿瘤)的应用。结果与结论:温病学理论及治法可用于恶性肿瘤的治疗。
Objective：To study the relationship between traditional Chinese Medicine physique and the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyomas.Methods：By basic theories of Chinese medicine,combined with Professor Wang Qi＇s constitutional theory,analysis relationship between traditional Chinese Medicine physique and the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyomas.Results：Phlegm-wetness type,wetness heat type,blood stasis and Qi-stagnation type arebe uterine fibroids susceptible populations in 30-50 old female,especially in spring and long Xia Yi incidence.Conclusion：In uterine fibroids susceptible stage,it can be targeted to patients through the use of drugs,strengthening exercises so as to adjust the pathological constitution to reduce and prevent the incidence of uterine fibroids and development effectively.
