摘要
随着社会的发展,社会利益和冲突的多元化及社会主体关系的多元化,要求医疗纠纷解决方式进行相适应的重构,非诉讼纠纷解决机制(ADR)的建立将为医疗纠纷的解决起到补充和缓冲作用,文章对ADR的概念、分类、历史及其在医疗领域的应用进行了研讨。
With the development of the society, social benefits and conflicts and social main bodies are varied. These changes demand a re - constructed dispute resolution to resolve medical disputes. Alternative Dispute Resolution will play a role of complement and buffer, resolving medical disputes. This article introduces the concept, classification and history of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and discusses its application in health care facilities.
