摘要 以电网遭受雷害多影响因子作为研究重点,采用层次分析与模糊数学相结合理论,对高压电网展开雷害风险评估研究。以某地500 k V高压电网为工程背景,以雷击跳闸率、雷击重合闸率、手动强送成功率、供电可靠性、线路重要性等级、运行时间、设备损害性指标为评估电网雷害风险的分析因子,将该地电网雷害风险等级定为Ⅲ级中等雷害风险,并对此提出针对性的防雷措施,以给工程实际提供指导与借鉴。 The impact factor for power grid subjected to lightning disturbance were taken as the research focus,the hierarchical analysis and fuzzy mathematics theory were combined to do the risk assessment study about lightning disturbance of high voltage power grid in this paper. Taking somewhere in 500 kv high voltage network as the engineering background,the lightning trip- out rate,rate of lightning reclosing,manual send success rate,power supply reliability,line importance level,operation time,equipment,damaging the risk analysis of the factors of indexes for evaluating power grid were analyzed,and we finally calculated the risk level of the area power grid is Ⅲ level medium ray against risk. In addition,the corresponding lightning protection measures were put forward,and that can provide guidance and reference to the engineering practice.
