摘要
分析调控一体化模式下的电网运行和管理现状,从电网智能监控、故障诊断分析及智能辅助决策入手,充分借鉴信息技术的优势,设计实现了基于调度基础数据的电网智能监控故障诊断及辅助决策系统,旨在提升电网智能化管控水平,确保电网安全、可靠、经济运行。
The paper analyzes status quo of power grid operation and management in dispatch and control inte- gration mode. Starting with intelligent grid monitoring, fault diagnosis and decision-making support system, the paper utilizes the advantages of information technology, and devises and implement the intelligent grid monitor- ing, fault diagnosis and decision-making support system based on base data of dispatch, for the purpose of im- proving intelligent control of power grid and ensuring the safe, reliable and economical operation of power grid.
