摘要
番红花(Crocus sativus L.)是一种名贵的中药与民族药,性味甘平,入心、肝经,能活血化瘀,开郁散结,素有"植物黄金"的美誉.现代研究表明番红花具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用.本文就番红花的药用历史和研究进展进行回顾和综述,以期为充分利用与保护番红花这一传统药用植物提供参考.
Crocus sativus L. （saffron） is a precious traditional Chinese medicine and ethnomedicine. It has moderate medicine property and magic efficacy in blood circulation and depression problems. Recent studies demonstrate that it has many pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, improving immunity, antitumor, etc. The medicinal history and recent studies of C. sativus, were reviewed for providing some references for the exploitation and conservation of this traditional medicinal plant.
