摘要 [目的]为了综合评价玉米苗期耐盐性。[方法]利用耐盐鉴定池,采用0.5%盐碱原土对10个玉米品种进行苗期胁迫鉴定。通过主成分分析、隶属函数法,对株高、出苗率、鲜重、干重等9个指标进行分析,评价耐盐性。[结论]苗期耐盐性为中科11﹥肃研480﹥农单116﹥伟科702﹥浚单20﹥中地175﹥肃玉1号﹥衡单6272﹥郑单958﹥纪元128。 [ Objective ] Comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance in seedling stage of corn. [ Method] 10 corn varieties were used for seedling stress identification method combining salt tolerant identification pool with 0.5% varieties of saline-alkali soil. The 9 indexes of plant height, seedling emergence rate, fresh weight, dry weight and all were analyzed as salt tolerance identifying indices through principal component analysis and membership function method. [Conclusion] Salt tolerance at seedling stage: Zhongke 11 〉 Suyan 480 〉 Nongdan 116 〉 Weike 702 〉 Jundan 20 〉 Zhongdi 175 〉 Suyu 1 〉 Hengdan 6272 〉 Zhengdan958 〉 Jiyuan128.
