摘要
对改性TPEG进行磺酸化处理后聚合合成引气型聚羧酸减水剂,研究其掺入到硅粉混凝土中的应用性能。结果表明:磺酸化处理后聚羧酸的表面张力下降,对水泥的分散性增强,应用到硅粉混凝土中与普通聚羧酸和引气剂复合使用相比,具有更好的和易性、强度和抗冻性。
Entraining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by sulfonating modified TPEG and Po-lymerization, its application performance was discussed when mixed into silica fume concrete. The results showedthat: after sulfonated, surface tension of polycarboxylate superplasticizer decreased while cement dispersion in-creased. Compared with common polycarboxylate superplasticizer and entraining agent simultaneously used into sili-ca fume concrete, entraining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer could bring better workability and compressivestrength and frost resistance.
