摘要
病理性瘢痕包括增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩,是皮肤创面在愈合过程中,真皮区过度产生、沉积大量结缔组织基质所形成的一种纤维代谢性疾病,毁损外形,并可引起不同程度的功能障碍。目前病理性瘢痕仍然没有满意的疗法,成为临床医生所面临的难题,本文对近年来病理性瘢痕的治疗方法做一综述。
Pathological scar is a kind of metabolic disease caused by the excessive deposition of the dermal matrix and the formation of a large number of connective tissue matrix during the healing of skin wounds, which include hypertrophic scar and keloid. Pathological scar damage the appearance, and could cause varying degrees of dysfunction. There are still no satisfactory methods for the treatment of pathological scar at present, and the treatment of hypertrophic scar was reviewed in this paper.
