摘要
利用2014年初对湖南省农民222份调查问卷,综合运用归纳总结和频数统计法,实证分析农民参与植物新品种的交易意愿与农民交易实施植物新品种的基本情况,对农民购买采用植物新品种的影响因子进行分析,为完善我国植物新品种权的交易市场,为企业和政府部门决策提供依据。
This paper, based on the 222 questionnaires of farmers in Hunan province at the beginning of 2014, compre- hensively uses the generalizations and frequency statistics, and carries out empirical analysis on the willingness of farmers to participate in trading of new varieties of plants and the basic situation of farmers＂ trading and the implementation of new plant varieties. The paper also analyzes the impact factor for farmers to buy new plant varieties, and provides a basis for the enterprise and the government decision- making.
